2012 Summer Letter to Parents
Dear Holy Angels Catholic School Parents:
It gives me great pleasure to send you my summer letter for our new school year at Holy Angels Catholic School. I am very excited about the opportunity to assist you in the education of your child. Thank you for your patience with our Summer Hours and for your commitment to Catholic education. Our Holy Angels Catholic School faculty members are highly qualified and very enthusiastic for the new school year to begin. I know you will be pleased, and I look forward to introducing them to you on August 27th, our first day of school. The children will gather outside and their teachers and I will greet them at 8:10am.
On the first day of school, do not turn right into the Holy Angels Catholic School circle. Instead, drive straight ahead to the Seton Keough and Holy Angels Catholic School parking lot. Park your car there and walk with your child to the front steps at the entrance to Holy Angels Catholic School. The children will go into the building with their teachers, and all parents will go directly to the school auditorium for our Parent Orientation Meeting.
You will receive more detailed information about the school year in your Parent Packet, which you will receive at the Parent Orientation Meeting. Important school papers that need to be filled out and returned to school, a tentative calendar for the year, drop-off and pick- up driving procedures, Fitness Fun & Games Before and After Care, and the Holy Angels Catholic School information will be some of the papers in the Parent Packet. The meeting will begin at 8:30 and it will end by 9:15.
Please visit our website throughout the year, and grow with us as we work together to build on the excellent Catholic school that opened three years ago. We are here to serve you and your family, and we look forward to partnering with you. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. We will do what we can to accommodate your inquiry.
Have a safe and fun rest of the summer until we meet at the Parent Orientation on the first day of school. Let us keep each other in prayer.
Respectfully,
M. Kathleen Filippelli Principal
Holy Angels Catholic School

Another GREAT Morning Coffee at Holy Angels Catholic School Morning Coffee is a program hosted by Holy Angels Catholic School for parents and families. It is a great way to make friends, build community, network, and gain new skills that address issues that challenge all families. Join us throughout the school year for coffee, muffins, and fruit while we look at student's behavior, study habits, nutrition, and more. On this morning, Freda presented a program on nutrition and choosing a healthy plate. Parents and caregivers left with great ideas for healthy snacks and quick nutritious meals. |
